The Healthcare Division is seeking nominations for the January 2026 – December 2027 term for the following positions:

This is a progressive position (Chair elect >>> Chair >>> Immediate past chair)
o The Chair-Elect performs duties as directed by the Chair in support of the organization’s mission and goals.
o The Secretary documents member unit business and maintain the records. This position serves as the official correspondent of the member unit.
Interested candidates must:
- · Be a member in good standing of ASQ and of the Healthcare Division.
- · Be an ASQ Professional, Senior, Fellow or Honorary member.
- · Submit a completed nominations packet:
o Nominee’s resume or bio to include ASQ positions held
o Narrative letting us know why you are interested in the desired position, what knowledge & skills you can bring to the HCD and how the HCD would benefit.
o Ten signed petition(s) from regular members. HCD_Division_Nomination_Petition_Form_-_Blank2025.docx
a. Each person signing the petition form must be an HCD member in good standing and must either sign the form directly or send an email to the person being nominated acknowledging their nomination.
b. If submitting with an electronic signature, the name and email address of the person nominating must appear on the nomination petition form and the email of acknowledgement must accompany the nomination petition form.
Regular Members are voting members of the Society and technical community—Professional, Senior, Fellow, Honorary, and primary contact of organization memberships.
A completed nominations packet must be submitted to chona.sano@gmail.com no later than Monday, August 18, 2025.
