Due to security requirements, you are required to register TWICE, once with ASQ who will provide your email address to Leidos, and second with Leidos to receive your visitor credentials. See details at the end of this announcement.
You must register with ASQ on or before August 10th! No Walk-ins will be permitted.

The Leidos Lee Vista Integration Facility focuses on the design, development,assembly, integration and test of Virtual Simulation Systems used to train ourwarfighters. The pre-dinner tour will feature demonstrations of our simulatorsand our fabrication and assembly operations. After dinner, Jerry Gutridge, will present an overview of the Leidos quality management system.

Take 528 to the Semoran (Airport) north exit. Go to Hazeltine Rd., Turn right.Go to TPC Blvd, turn right. Take to end of TPC and turn left on McCoy Rd,turn left at first entrance to facility complex. Leidos is the last building.
Our Speakers:
Jerry Gutridge is the Quality Engineering and Control Manager for Leidos, Inc. in Orlando, Florida. Jerry has nearly four decades of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, and management systems at AT&T Bell Laboratories/Lucent Technologies and SAIC/Leidos, Inc. He has helped domestic and international organizations achieve ISO 9000, TickIT, and CMMI certifications while supporting complex Telecommunications and Department of Defense programs. Throughout his career, Jerry has led quality initiatives, managed international quality teams, and promoted continual improvement across engineering organizations. Jerry is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified ISO Internal Auditor and a CMMI Associate.
Erik Bowman has 23 years of manufacturing experience in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing environments in both technical and leadership roles. Erik has managed large workforces over multiple projects with mechanical, optical, and electrical assembly knowledge. Erik is immersed in electro/mechanical and optical assembly, staff training, relationship building, customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Due to security requirements, you must be registered to attend by August 10th. This will be followed by an email from Leidos Security to register as a visitor that must be completed by August 14th. When you receive the Leidos email you will need to:
1. Click the link and follow instructions
2. You will be asked about your citizenship and nationality
3. A photo will be needed to upload for your visitors’ badge
4. Security personnel will review your information
5. Once registration is complete, you will receive final instructions and a QR code.
6. When you arrive at Leidos you will scan your QR codein the lobby kiosk to complete check-in and receive yourvisitors’ badge.
