Ron Shah, GVP – Operations, Ocean Optics
As Global V.P. of Operations, Ron Shah is responsible for Global Operations spanning Strategy planning, Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Lean, EHS, QARA & Facilities. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Halma, a parent company of Ocean Optics. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering quality products and systems, putting “Customer First”, and driving profitable revenue growth. He believes in the vicious cycle of ‘Happy Employees → Happy Customers → More revenues’
Prior to joining Ocean Optics in 2017, Ron served as the Global Head of QARA for Pal Corporation, a Danaher Company, managing over $3B in revenues across Americas, EMEA and APAC for Fortune 1000 companies. He delivered best-in-class products and services utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools for continual improvement of systems and processes.
Ron has a Master of Business Administration and Master in Industrial Engineering from University of Central Florida. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Technology from L. D. College of Engineering, India. <LinkedIn>
