Overview: Learn about two ships – Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas and Celebrity Millennium and some of the tools observed to remain lean and efficient. Most passengers are unaware of all the strategies employed to minimize cost and maximize quality during a typical cruise. This session will cover parts of ship including the galley, laundry, and engineering as told by an observer (with a good eye for efficiency).
Speaker: Christopher brings extensive process improvement and project management experience across multiple industries over the past 15 years. He is passionate about leading organizations in their journey to improve customer value and boost employee well-being. Chris is a MBB and is certified in Project Management, Change Management, as well as an ASQ Certified CMQ/OE, CSSGB, CSSBB, CQE, and CRE.
