Join us for an insightful webinar exploring the intersection of SA8000, ISO 26000, and auditing practices—three pillars that help organizations build socially responsible, transparent, and ethically sound operations. This session will provide an overview of the SA8000 Standard, a globally recognized certification for social accountability based on international human rights norms, and ISO 26000, the international guideline for corporate social responsibility (CSR) across all sectors. Key topics discussed will include the core requirements of SA80000, guidance on the seven core subjects within ISO 26000, and auditing tips for those interested in integrating social elements into existing programs or launching a separate program with this focus.

Jennifer Stepniowski is an ASQ Fellow with nearly three decades of global experience providing quality solutions within a number of industries. As a CMQ/OE and certified lead auditor, Jennifer has developed, executed, and managed quality systems based on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Related to social responsibility, she served as Chair and Vice Chair of the ASQ Social Responsibility Technical Community and supported social audits and related program development for a number of clients during her tenure at Pro QC International. A public speaker, author, and former adjunct instructor, Jennifer is passionate about educating and inspiring quality professionals and others. Based in Milwaukee near the home of ASQ, she enjoys spending free time hiking with her Australian Shepard and reading mystery novels.
