PRESENTATION SUMMARY:
BeAM is based on an integration of a Business Assurance Methodology and the Lean Six Sigma Rapid Improvement Methodology (LSSRIM). The integrated methodologies focus on assessing the effectiveness of management throughout the organization by linking process performance results to business goals, objectives and the bottom-line, with consideration given to business risks impacting the deployment of quality and performance improvement initiatives. The Bulls-eye Assessment Methodology BeAM offers a systematic auditing approach for determining if processes are effective, efficient, flexible, and meeting top management’s objectives.
This presentation will focus on using BeAM to identify significant variations in the value stream that may
help top management achieve the following:
Reduce costs of quality.
Identify cost reduction opportunities in the supply chain.
Minimize the cost impact of environmental aspects and safety related costs.
Achieve a competitive advantage.
