Presenter: Ms. Rebecca Mott is the current Chair of the ASQ Innovation Technical Community. She holds multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. She has 30 years of electric utility experience and over 20 years of experience, including total quality management, duct management, Lean Six Sigma, and innovation. She has led several trailblazing initiatives, including launching an innovation center and facilitating enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives. She founded ReThought LLC, which provides consulting, coaching, and training support for small- and medium-sized businesses.
