Speaker Bio
Maruf Rahman is a Professor of Practice in Industrial, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering at UTA, with deep industry experience in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma. A former Master Black Belt supporting Fortune 500 organizations, he has trained numerous Green and Black Belts and led hundreds of Lean events.
At UTA, he directs industrial outreach, develops training programs in Lean Six Sigma and AI, and builds partnerships, internships, and applied research collaborations with regional companies.
