Previously, he was Lead Data Scientist at Mattel, developing systems that turn millions of product reviews into actionable insights. His career spans McKinsey & Co., Ubisoft, and Gameloft, blending strategy, design, and data. TJ is also a two-time Emmy Award-winning producer at NBC and co-creator of *The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch*, airing on History, Netflix, and Hulu.
