Topic of presentation:
"Building Your AUDIT CHARACTER-istics." It takes more than a roll of the dice to build a character that can be a successful auditor; it takes more than a game board to build an audit team that can tackle any audit challenge (20-sided dice anyone?). Designed for the young auditors and the seasoned young-at-heart auditors, participants in this interactive workshop will network with each other, conduct a self-assessment of their audit behaviors, get to share their audit strengths, learn from each other and understand how to build effective audit teams to meet any challenge that any may be thrown at them."

Section Leadership is proposing we have about 5 minutes of member engagement before we start our webcast.
The ASQ Performance Excellence Program was created to recognize Member Units for excellent performance that reinforces ASQ’s position as the thought leader and expands ASQ offerings to members and customers. These were the standards our section achieved.
• Contributions to ASQ thought leadership, as measured by myASQ content postings
Our Lexington Section administrators, Steve Ross and John Simson have been active on posting meeting and material information. We are using events tab. Library tab, and email feature in settings to email our section membership.
• Member Engagement and Experience, as measured by myASQ activity and member increases
Our Lexington section membership was stable for the year. I think our professional development by our Lexington section, the ESC region events, and GCC/TCC training were very important in retention and adding new members.
• Fiduciary responsibility, as measured by adherence to budget
Our Lexington section budget for September 30, 2024 showed balance budget of 6450 of revenue and expenses. We planned to use Billhighway current account balance to cover up to actual expenses. We didn’t get as much revenue form allocation as estimated. We underspent our projected budget
• Achievement of business plan objectives, as measured by self-reported progress on business goals and targets
Our Lexington Section has continued achieving all PEP goals in our 2024 Business Plan. We also achieved our 2024 Budget goals and targets, and self-reported business plan progress.
During the 2025 WCQI conference in Denver, our section was awarded Bronze.
