Blanche has managed complex projects and conducted research that impacts the bottom line. In previous roles, she collaborated with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and other project managers to identify effective strategies and efficient processes. Blanche is a strong decision-maker who leverages project systems data and collaborates with outside vendors. Blanche worked at Eli Lilly and Company for almost 30 years. After retiring from Lilly in 2017, she was hired by LabCorp (Covance) and was rapidly promoted to Senior Global Study Manager in Drug Development. We are ecstatic to have Blanche as the June speaker for the Indianapolis ASQ section.
