The Healthcare Division Service Award recognizes significant and lasting contributions to Division
leadership, ongoing committee activities, and/or special projects.
Eligibility requirements include:
§ Nominations will be accepted from Healthcare Division members only
§ Candidates are required to be a member of the Healthcare Division
§ Self-nominations will not be accepted
§ Multiple service awards may be awarded in the same year
§ Recipients may be recognized only once every 10 years. Each recognition must
reflect a totally new contribution.
