Fredie is a results-driven Operational Excellence Leader with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, and Strategic Project Management. As the Group Manager for Operational Excellence at Jaybro Group, he has led large-scale process improvements across FMCG, pharmaceutical, packaging, and construction industries, achieving multi-million-dollar cost savings and efficiency gains. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master, Fredie specializes in optimizing business processes through data-driven decision-making, automation, and change management. He has been recognized as a Finalist for the 2023 Young Packaging Professional of the Year Award and Winner of the 2022 Arthur E. Denison Award for his contributions to process optimization and product quality. Currently, Fredie is leading a SAP S/4HANA transformation project to revolutionize supply chain and manufacturing processes, further aligning sustainability with operational excellence.
