BIO: Jennifer Stepniowski
With over two decades of experience in quality management and leadership, Jennifer Stepniowski has been instrumental in driving operational excellence across a range of industries. She has designed and implemented robust quality systems with expertise in supplier quality, auditing, compliance, and data analytics. Within the automotive sector, she has contributed to product development initiatives focused on cybersecurity and functional safety, and she currently leads quality initiatives supporting thermal management solutions for global data centers.
An ASQ Fellow and respected industry voice, Jennifer has served on numerous ASQ committees, published in leading industry journals, and presented at premier events including ASQ World Quality. She holds IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications, along with ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 credentials, and is certified as a CMQ/OE and PMP.
Driven by a passion for advancing quality culture and leadership, Jennifer actively promotes excellence through training, mentorship, and thought leadership. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her Australian Shepherd and getting lost in a great mystery novel.
