Things to discuss:

  • Member survey results.   SQ Component Relations is encouraging us to use the build-in survey function within ASQ.  Though everyone did receive a notification about the survey, & it is still accessible for feedback, extended to March 14th.
  • Finalize promotional items to order & how to disperse/dispense
    • Promotional Items

The other thing we need to ask ourselves is distribution, which may be a bit much for a survey.
Mailing everything out to every member might evaporate all our assets.
Do we need to mail out a small "swag pack" to every Section member?  More expensive items we could include in some random mailed packs, &/or only distribute to those members participating in person.  Would love your thoughts here.
Could we vote on distribution as Section Leaders with input from Survey results?
Budget: < $,4000 (estimates in red from Gayla's previous email)
