Tom Benedict is the President of Lynn Consulting Group, through which he assists organizations in the development of quality, environmental, and business systems. Prior to Lynn Consulting Group, Tom spent numerous years as a Quality and Operations Manager, Director of Quality, and Vice President of Operations and Engineering.

· Worked with 200+ organizations in support/development of their quality system
· Lead companies through the development of compliant Quality Management Systems for the following standards: ISO9001, IATF-16949, ISO14001, AS9100, ISO13485
· Instruct quality-related classes for Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Montcalm Community College (Internal Auditor, Blueprint Reading, Problem Solving, Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, etc.)
· Previously conducted registration audits for ISO9001 and IATF-16949
Certifications:
· Certified ISO9001 Lead Assessor (Cert # Q14783) – this certification is a qualification for teaching Internal Auditor classes
· RABSQA Certified Auditor (Cert # 114949) – this certification is a qualification for conducting 3rd party ISO9001 registration audits
