Presenter: Dale F. Weeks, MBA is an internationally respected expert in benchmarking and performance excellence, with more than 40 years of experience leading transformation across the government, education, healthcare, and business sectors. As President and CEO of Global Leadership and Benchmarking Associates (GLBA), he helps organizations worldwide strengthen operational performance and strategic alignment through structured, results-driven benchmarking practices.
From 2000 to 2011, Dale served as Senior Executive Benchmarking Officer for the Florida Department of Revenue, where he led enterprise-wide integration of performance excellence frameworks across a $600M+ agency. He also held similar leadership roles in Minnesota state government and spent 20 years in executive positions at Fortune 500 firms including Xerox, General Mills, and Control Data Corporation.
A frequent keynote speaker, advisor, and Co-Chair of the Global Benchmarking Network, Dale is known for turning benchmarking data into strategic action, helping organizations not only assess where they are, but lead where they need to go.
