Situational Leadership: Influence People to Build Solutions

When:  Mar 18, 2026 from 05:30 PM to 07:15 PM (CT)
Associated with  Medical Device Division

You Didn't Get Into Quality to Be the Bottleneck.

You're here to build excellence and ensure quality. But if your days are filled with friction, constantly having to enforce rules with resistant colleagues and frustrated teams, it’s exhausting. Being seen as the primary rule enforcer can make you feel like a bottleneck, not a strategic partner.

It’s time for a new approach.

Stop Enforcing. Start Leading.

The most impactful QA professionals have learned a critical skill: they don't just find problems; they influence people to build solutions. They are Culture Builders.

In this 90-minute virtual masterclass, you will learn a proven leadership framework to diagnose why people resist and exactly how to adapt your approach to get buy-in, reduce conflict, and champion quality effectively.

You Will Learn How To:

  • Shift your identity from a "Rule Enforcer" to a "Coach & Culture Builder."

  • Instantly diagnose the four types of people you deal with daily (and why a one-size-fits-all approach fails every time).

  • Apply the right leadership style for each person, de-escalating conflict and building collaboration.

  • Practice the exact language to use with a resistant veteran, a discouraged new hire, and a confident star performer.

What Makes This Session Different:

This isn’t a theoretical lecture. Through an engaging activity, you will work with peers to solve the same quality issue with different types of people. You’ll leave seeing exactly how to flex your style.

Who This Is For:

This is designed for QA Professionals, Quality Engineers, Auditors, and anyone who works in a role where you have to ensure compliance to a regulation or process who are ready to:

  • Reduce daily friction and stress.

  • Be seen as a strategic partner, not a bottleneck.

  • Champion a true culture of quality in their organization.

Stop fighting battles and start leading change. Invest 90 minutes to gain a skill set that will define the next decade of your career.
