Leadership has been a topic of interest throughout history, resulting in extensive study of leaders, leadership, their roles, and their qualities. Nature also offers valuable perspectives on leadership and important lessons for learning. In my view, leadership from a natural perspective is still not fully understood. This presentation explores several topics through that lens, connecting them to organizations and leadership. It also introduces the Leadership Enrichment Cycle (LEC) and outlines seven leadership lessons drawn from it.
