Last Call:: Quality Directions: From Where We Were, To Where We Are Going

When:  Oct 16, 2024 from 05:35 PM to 08:30 PM (ET)
Associated with  Princeton Section
While we all know that past results are no guarantee of future performance; we also know that if we don’t learn from past experiences, we likely will relive avoidable errors.  So, in that vein, we will take a look back at the key Quality innovations of the last several decades: ISO, Pillars of Healthcare, Baldrige, advances in IT and others to see where they are leading us.
In this presentation, we will look at these Quality initiatives from both the 30,000 foot strategic level as well as what we saw in the trenches.  We will cull that information, and factor in current socio-economic, environmental and political issues, to help us predict where Quality is going in the next ten to twenty years, and what skills we will need to cope those challenges.
