Global Volunteer Month Dinner Meeting
Join us for an engaging and insightful Section meeting in celebration of Global Volunteer Month, designed to foster connection and share impactful strategies within our volunteer community.
- Ice breaker session, where participants are invited to share unique tools they’ve utilized in their personal or professional lives outside of work, sparking creativity and collaboration.
- Following this, we will dive into a focused discussion on the application of quality tools, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis, in volunteer projects. Attendees will explore how these methodologies have been leveraged to enhance efficiency, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful outcomes in various volunteer initiatives.
