Bio: Inspired by Dr. Deming’s teachings that combine an understanding of variation, theory of knowledge, psychology, and appreciation for a system, Roxana Naraghi founded Orgtune Consulting in 2009. Orgtune combines “organization” and “tuning” to depict its function. An accomplished organizational excellence and strategy consultant keen on holistic approaches to resolving organizational issues in various industries, including higher education, health care, entertainment, energy, and pharma! Roxana has taught upper-division courses at California State University, Northridge, for the past eight years. She has a bachelor’s degree in systems and Operations management, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
