Webinar - Internal Auditing Considering Process Risks

Although process design and execution should involve consideration of risks, it is essential that QMS audits consider how well management controls address process risks.  
 
Many references talk about considering risks during a quality audit, but stop short of offering a template to assist in audit planning and preparation. 
 
Our session will introduce auditors to a proven auditing tool which includes Process Risks and their corresponding enablers, or process controls. It will introduce the  “Risk is the Compass” approach  for charting their course through a challenging internal audit.
