Meet Joie Schroeder, the head coach of the Montessori FLL Robotics team. She has been with the team for five years. Joie is a Manufacturing Engineer at Collins Aerospace and been with the company for three years. She is currently enrolled at Purdue University and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management and is also a board member for RAMP Center of Independent Living. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family.
