Abstract:
Quality managers often work with a diverse range of stakeholders and multi-generational teams. Each living generation in the United States, from the Silent Generation to Generation Alpha, all have a unique set of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. They can be brought together to help organizations deliver projects, innovate, engage associates, and achieve success. This presentation will provide an overview of each living generation in the United States from the Silent Generation to Generation Alpha, provide tools for how to build high performing multi-generational teams, and reflect on future trends affecting the global marketplace.
