As companies understand and implement generative AI capabilities, understanding the technology’s potential to deliver value will help shape critical business and talent decisions for the future. Arguably the greatest technology shift in the workplace, HR and business leaders must be equipped to maximize the ROI of leveraging AI and the new workplace technology landscape. Objectives for this session are to identify what artificial intelligence is and its various types; share strategies to embrace and leverage AI as a leader; share strategies to use AI to support people and business operations; and share tools and resources on AI.
Monique is a certified HR professional with broad-based experience in senior leadership and all aspects of HR. As a strategic change agent credited with decreasing employee turnover, and increasing employee engagement, satisfaction & organizational culture, Monique has over 15 years of HR experience in various HR leadership roles, including Vice-President of People & Culture. Currently, with SHRM, the world’s largest HR association, activating SHRM's comprehensive strategy and initiatives by developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and maximize the satisfaction of the over 330,000 members and communities SHRM serves.
Monique is also a Master Examiner and Mentor with the Sterling Council Board of Examiners, visiting organizations throughout Florida and Georgia across all industries to assess their leadership system and organizational performance through the National Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence model.
