Presented by Lawrence Andrade

Businesses in the U.S. spend more than $80 billion a year training employees, and global training programs have increased by over 400% in the last decade alone. Like most things, it’s not about how much money you spend, but what you get for your money. When it comes to training, this really translates to how effective the training is at achieving its intended outcome, therefore, how you determine training effectiveness is the key.

This presentation will explore this topic and provide insights that will allow you to realize the key elements on how to ensure any training you do can be done in a way that will maximize benefits and sustain the desired outcomes.

Lawrence Andrade has been in the Quality field for more than 35 years in a variety of roles.
