TITLE: Predicting What Matters: Using the Service Value Chain to Strengthen Organizations

ABSTRACT: Can we predict what truly matters for organizational performance?  In short, the answer is yes.  The Service Value Chain is grounded in more than 25 years of research showing how internal organizational conditions shape employee behavior and outcomes. Across public and private sectors, trust continues to decline while organizations face growing challenges related to engagement, leadership, retention, and performance.

This webinar uses the Service Value Chain as a practical, data informed framework for managers and organizational development professionals. Participants will explore how leadership practices, workplace climate, and internal systems drive engagement, productivity, retention, wellbeing, and trust. The session concludes with a roadmap for strengthening organizational capacity and delivering sustained value.

SPEAKER: Dr. Noel Landuyt, University of Texas, Austin, Director,  Institute for Organizational Excellence, Assistant Professor of Instruction, UT Social Work
