Red Ball Experiment

I don’t want to repeat the exact experiment.  We are a bit smarter these days. Now that “data science” exists, we will provide historical context behind data collection, how Dr. Deming showed how management “fooled” us on understanding processes, and discuss the best way to present data. Hopefully it visualizes our path to Quality 4.0.  Oh, and everyone gets to “dip a paddle!”
