A frequent speaker and coach on process improvement topics, she is a certified Lean Practitioner Toyota Kata Coach, and Six Sigma Black Belt with more than 20 years of experience across a range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and finance. Leigh Ann is founder and president of Park Avenue Solutions, a process improvement consulting firm that works to empower excellence in businesses and teams. Leigh Ann received an Interdisciplinary Engineering (Mechanical and Industrial) degree from Purdue University and MBA from Anderson University.
