Our November 11, 2025 meeting will be held as a Virtual Meeting with both a program and tutorial.

Program: Using AI to Streamline ISO 9001 Implementation
Tutorial/Workshop: Demonstration - Using AI to Streamline ISO 9001 Implementation and Build QMS
Jim has been implementing ISO management systems since 1992. He has implemented systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, 27001, 17025 and a number of integrated systems.
He has been training Lead Auditors since 1996, sits on 2 Registrar’s committees and served on PC 280 to create ISO 20700:2017, the first global standard for management consulting services.
Program and Tutorial Learning Objectives:
- Explain how AI fits into the ISO 9001 framework
- Cite practical examples of AI applications in building the QMS
- Discuss how to validate AI outputs while ensuring compliance and data privacy
