As a former Quality Director at a multinational corporation, Janice led quality teams responsible for quality management systems, end-to-end product quality management, reliability engineering, customer satisfaction, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. She brings a strong blend of hands-on leadership experience in both hardware and software quality management, ensuring that quality is systematically integrated throughout the full product lifecycle.
Janice holds multiple professional credentials from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), including Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP), and Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE).
