Mark Trimble is Senior Vice President of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) where he has served as visionary oversight for the Engineering & Research, and Membership & Certification Programs and now leads special projects and drives leadership development.

Before joining AISC, Mark held several leadership positions during his 25 years with Huntington Steel & Supply Company. The Huntington, West Virginia-based company is an AISC Certified Fabricator and steel service center.

Mark has served our industry through his involvement on a number of boards and committees, including the AISC Board of Directors, and President of the West Virginia Society of Professional Engineers.

Mark is currently guiding two of AISC’s newest programs - Clark, an artificial intelligence initiative to provide easier access to AISC’s vast library of information, and the recently released Fabricator Education Training Program which is available for all AISC member fabrication companies.

Mark, a University of Kentucky Civil Engineering graduate, is a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia.  Mark and his wife Teresa, live in Chicago.
