ABSTRACT:
Distilling concepts down to a few words that help reinforce learning has proven to be an effective technique. Over the years, our speaker has collected what she refers to as the Lean Six Sigma ‘bumper stickers’. Join us for a fun discussion of the little mantras Rachel has picked up throughout her career and the meaning behind them. Turning them into ‘bumper stickers’ has time and time again been useful in coaching teams to better, more impactful solutions.
Following this discussion, the Six Sigma Forum Leadership Team will provide an annual update to membership looking back at the year so far, and forward to what is planned for the future.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Rachel Delisle brings nearly 30 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement across the metal forging, medical device, and retail industries. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing Lean Six Sigma training programs, leading strategic planning initiatives, and driving significant value delivery across multiple functions. Rachel holds an MBA and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and holds certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Bronze Professional, and Quality Auditor. She is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality.
