The paper examines how patient satisfaction attributes can be effectively categorized to improve healthcare service quality.
Mehrnoosh Saeyan is a Ph.D. student in Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida (UCF). She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Her research focuses on quality management and customer satisfaction, particularly within the healthcare sector. She has also contributed to Six Sigma process improvement projects at UCF and is passionate about integrating data-driven quality methods to enhance healthcare systems and patient experiences.
