The 4P model of lean organizational development focuses on Purpose, People, Process and Problem-Solving. These pillars, while critical to the development of a high-performance organization, can be challenging to build and sustain. Luckily, there is an opportunity to leverage modern digital tools in support of lean manufacturing.

In this 60-minute webcast, Toyota Way co-author Mike Hoseus will share insight from decades of experience managing Operations and Human Resources at Toyota Motor Company. The audience will learn best practices for developing people, solving problems and more.

• Top challenges and common points of failure
• Practical ways digital tools can help
The presentation will feature a live demonstration and examples of how Poka, a connected worker application is being leveraged by leading manufacturers of “Digital Lean” in action.

Door Prize: Starting in July 2024 meeting, we are doing a door prize each meeting.   A random number is selected from the people attending the Webinar Meeting. The winner will be able to choose a book or standard from the ASQ Quality Press with member cost of $50 or less.   Doug Howard, Treasurer, will purchase item and send to member mailing address.   For the August 15 meeting, Larry Rogers was the winner of the door prize.
