Topic: Building a Quality Culture - The Communication Piece
Lesley will be speaking about Building a Quality Culture and she’ll be approaching the discussion from the perspective of the ‘Communication Piece’. She’ll remind us of the importance and relevance of a quality culture and share her thoughts about what’s required to get us there: good training, good communication, and taking action to make improvements. We’ll be inspired and motivated to pay more attention to our relationships, emotional intelligence, and especially our communication skills as part of a critical foundation in our mission to build a stronger quality culture in our organizations.
Mini Personal Introduction – Lesley Worthington
Lesley works with individuals and teams to fine-tune their Quality conversations, initiatives, and internal communications to create a better understanding of the role and concepts of quality assurance throughout their organization.
She combines 20 years of quality and regulatory experience in medical devices, in Canada, with thousands of hours of teaching to provide her clients with the skills, techniques, insights, and mindset that raise their confidence, take their communication skills to the next level, and allow them to have a positive impact on their organizations.
She also coaches individuals and groups (including those working in English as their second language) on their communication skills, including presentation skills and writing skills, so they can increase their confidence and effectiveness at work.
