Presentation Summary:

The SFM Group’s Ground Zero workshop is a nontraditional approach to leveraging the most valuable commodity in an organization required to create a continuous improvement culture - the people.  Establishing the ‘Why’ for participants to better understand the need to learn the use of tools that can be quickly implemented, Larry will share an overview of the approach taken during the Ground Zero experiential workshop.  The overview will include interactive discussion with attendees to challenge thought process – ‘How and when do we as Quality Professionals establish the best tool or approach to tackle real-world challenges.’  Larry will share some of the history behind how his experiences helped confirm that leveraging PDCA application provided a rate of success that has presented a positive outcome in the pursuit of continuous improvement.  Through the lens of Larry’s unique perspective, expect to gain a refreshed insight on how the PDCA process is at the core of what we do.
