  • Abstract:
    • ASQ represents almost every industry on earth with one common goal-to create excellence through quality.
    • Each one of us works to not only stay within the requirements of our own Quality Management Plan (QMP) but also strives to continuously improve our programs.
    • The design and construction industry is no different in this respect but is unique in that it falls into multiple overarching aspects of quality.
    • We focus on design, change management, manufacturing, audit/inspection, and customer service.
    • As such, our QMP must have procedures in place to manage all of these aspects of our work.
    • In this webinar, Mr. Bartolo will explore what a standard Quality Management Program looks like for a general contractor giving you the chance to understand the similarities and differences between your plan and ours.
  • Bio: Brendan Bartolo, Quality Control Manager .
    • Brendan focuses on overall design and construction quality standards, and works to manage all aspects of quality for all of his firm’s projects.
    • Brendan works directly with regulators, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that every job and task meets or exceeds client's expectations.
    • He assists with the continuous monitoring and updating Adolfson & Peterson’s quality program, in order to maintain its relevancy and effectiveness.
    • Additionally, he leads project commissioning efforts on everything from simple facility upgrades to complex cultivation and processing centers.
    • Brendan takes a client-centered approach, evaluating each project individually and tailoring a quality and commissioning plan to meet its particular needs.
    • He is a Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional (AP) for Building Design and Construction.
    • Brendan is a board member of the Denver Chapter of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
