ASQ Southeast Florida Section 1510 is gauging interest for a virtual CCQM Course, delivered as live, instructor-led training with a certified ASQ Trainer, Abbigail Meah-Ali. The course will be built around the brand-new official CCQM book, set to release this May.
WHAT IS THE CCQM?
The Certified Construction Quality Manager is a professional who ensures construction projects adhere to rigorous quality standards throughout their lifecycle. A CCQM oversees contract development, strategic quality planning, resource management, the design process, required documentation, and project closure. They apply principles of quality control, team building, project management best practices, risk management, environmental and social governance, and safety management to enhance construction project quality and achieve planned outcomes. CCQMs also utilize statistical methods and quality tools to analyze and improve construction processes, ensuring that final deliverables meet all stakeholder expectations and industry standards.
