Six Sigma Forum - Call For Leadership Team Nominations

The Six Sigma Forum is announcing the call for nominations for the following Member Leader Positions:

1. Chair
2. Chair Elect

Nominees should have the following qualifications, at a minimum:

1. Member of ASQ and the Six Sigma Forum
2. Knowledge of the Six Sigma Forum mission statement, and what the Six Sigma Forum does to support that mission statement
3. Familiarity with the Lean and Six Sigma Conference--preferred current or prior TPC member or conference submission reviewer
4. Preferred prior Six Sigma Forum Member Leader experience, or Member Leader experience with another ASQ Section or Division
5. Knowledge of the functions within MyASQ, including setting up events and webinars
6. A strong desire to help shape the future of ASQ and the Six Sigma Forum, to make mambership a great value and benefit to our members

Nominees require signatures from at least 10 active ASQ members.  Documentation, along with the nominee name, should be sent to Scott Sterbenz (Nomination Chair) at ssterben@hotmail.com by close of day, August 29, 2025.

Following close of the nomination period, nominees will be vetted by the Nomination Committee.  Nominees will be contacted by the Nomincation Chair for follow-up questions and/or an interview.  Placement on an official ballot will be determined based on the number of nominees and an acceptable level of qualification.
