Bio: Mark Jordan began his career in Software Quality Assurance by supervising the testing of multimedia software built to train employees at companies such as FedEx, United Airlines, and Oracle. His focus on e-learning continued at Lynda.com where he led Quality Assurance as it transitioned to becoming LinkedIn Learning. Mark has also worked in ecommerce, social media, and with CRM and international sales tax systems. Currently, Mark is an Engineering Manager at Discogs.com.
Abstract: Is AI prompting a one- or two-player game? Or is it more like a multi-player game? Alternatively, remember the term MOOC? It stands for Massively Open Online Course. So why aren't people MOOPING? Massively Open Online Prompting? This presentation will explore answers to these questions in the context of working with different AI tools to strategically transform day-to-day workflows given various operational settings.
