Project Successes Using Visual Management Methods

Visual Project Management uses Lean visual management principles to determine the status of a project at a glance. It also reinforces project team commitments and responsibilities while very quickly identifying problems so that help can be provided and progress on the project maintained. Methods such as the Planning Game, the Project Board, and Project Pairing will be covered. Examples from financial services and manufacturing will be used to illustrate the principles at work in very different environments. Participants will be provided with a flow chart and detailed work instructions they can use to implement Visual Project Management back in their own organization.
