Taylor Kilander is presenting the introduction to Cross-Departmental Audits at Oklahoma City Indian Clinic. Cross-departmental audits involve one department or an external party auditing another department within the same organization, or an external third party auditing a different organization. This approach aims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper procedures while offering a degree of impartiality that regular audits may lack. Developed through a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project, this interactive webinar will overview the approach, implementation, and impacts of cross-departmental audits throughout OKCIC.

Taylor Kilander is the Quality Training Coordinator for the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic.
