He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, is a licensed Professional Quality Engineer, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and holds eight ASQ Certifications. Spichiger is a two-time Malcolm Baldrige examiner, has written over 70 articles and has conducted over 60 presentation, both domestically and internationally.
