The ASQ NY/NJ Metropolitan Section, in coordination with the ASQ Healthcare Quality and Improvement Committee (HQIC) and The ASQ Mid-Atlantic Region, is excited to announce Part 4 of our upcoming webinar series on Artificial Intelligence, featuring Sravan Kumar Nidiganti.

Part 4 of our AI virtual series which will offer an in-depth review of how Artificial Intelligence is transforming healthcare quality.

Title: AI-Enabled Healthcare Quality: Transforming the Healthcare Ecosystem Across the Core Dimensions of Care.

Description: This session explores how Artificial Intelligence is transforming healthcare quality across the core dimensions of care, patient safety, effectiveness, timeliness, efficiency, equity, and patient-centeredness. Attendees will gain insights into how AI is helping healthcare organizations move from reactive quality monitoring to predictive, outcome-driven care, improving patient experiences while strengthening the entire healthcare ecosystem.

After our virtual series comes to an end, we will be hosting an in-person dinner for local ASQ members to reflect on everything we’ve learned throughout the series and to give everyone an opportunity to connect, network, and build community.

Speaker Biography: Sravan Kumar Nidiganti is an Enterprise Quality Management leader at CVS Health with over 20 years' experience driving large-scale quality assurance and operational excellence. His expertise focuses on Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Health Plans, with a strong emphasis on advancing safety-critical systems. He leads multi-million-dollar Benefits & Clinical Operations quality programs that impact access to care for more than 10 million members. Sravan drives AI-enabled validation strategies, end-to-end regulatory compliance, and risk-based testing frameworks that strengthen accuracy, safety, and member trust.

 
A doctoral candidate in Healthcare Administration and Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management, he is widely recognized for transforming complex healthcare ecosystems through innovation and people-centered leadership.  As an ASQ Senior Member, Sravan is part of the leadership team for the Dallas section and also actively participates in several voluntary activities for ASQ conferences and several committees including Healthcare and Quality Management.
