In many organizations, leaders hear the term “digital twin” and wonder what it means in practical terms. This session demystifies digital twins by showing how real-time virtual models can support Lean thinking, strengthen decision making, and accelerate improvement across supply chains.
Participants will learn what a digital twin is, how it works, and why it matters. The presentation will demonstrate how digital twins use live data and simulation to expose bottlenecks, reduce waste, uncover root causes, and test changes safely before disrupting operations. Attendees will see how this technology improves flow, enhances supplier collaboration, and helps teams shift from reactive to predictive work.
Whether you are new to digital transformation or already exploring advanced analytics, this session provides clear, actionable guidance for using digital twins to elevate quality, speed, and operational performance across modern Lean supply chains.
