This session describes what these skills are and offers numerous practical tips and tools for achieving high levels of personal effectiveness, including goal setting, prioritization, time management, handling time killers, personal energy, and work-life balance.
The presentation addresses topics that enable a professional to become more productive and effective at work in times when the constant demand for effort and results continues to multiply, while the amount of time remains the same.
Speaker Bio:
José Benito Flores Juarez, Director of Quality and Academic Effectiveness at the Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico.
Benito has been teaching for 32 years with his current teaching load that includes a course Managerial Skills. Previously, he served in various industrial and educational organizations as Quality Director, Human Resources Director, Engineering Dean, Quality Manager and Quality Engineer. In 2019, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASQ. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering, MS in Quality Management and a Ph.D. in Management (EdAd).
