Tyler Zimmerman is a manufacturing reliability and continuous improvement leader with over 14 years of experience driving operational excellence in large-scale industrial environments. His career has focused on implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and cost optimization strategies to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and overall business performance.

Tyler spent 10 years with Stellantis where he served as a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Lead and Total Cost Optimization Engineer. During this time, he helped lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing operations and became a certified WCM auditor. In that role, he traveled to more than 50 facilities conducting operational audits and supporting plants in implementing structured improvement methodologies to increase performance and reduce losses.

For the past four years, Tyler has served as a TPM Manager for two manufacturing sites at Ecolab. In this role, he works closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to build sustainable reliability systems, strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and develop frontline capability in structured problem solving.

Tyler is passionate about continuous improvement and believes that disciplined manufacturing systems such as TPM and WCM can transform not only equipment reliability and operational performance, but also team capability, culture, and long-term business results.

He enjoys sharing practical lessons from the plant floor and helping organizations apply improvement methodology in ways that deliver measurable impact.

Personal Life and Interest Include enjoying family time, Fishing, bow hunting, and golfing.

Husband, father of 2 boys and enjoy some tournament fishing as well.
