Andrew Davison

Passionate about the Audit profession and has performed over 250 QMS audits both domestically and internationally

Jennifer Stepniowski

An ASQ Fellow with nearly three decades of experience providing quality solutions within a number of industries. As a CMQ/OE, Jennifer has built, executed, and managed quality systems globally.
As a certified IATF 16949 auditor, Jennifer supports the certification and management process for production within the automotive industry. Currently, she is using certifications in ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity and ISO 26262 for functional safety of road vehicles to manage implementation of these standards for automotive parts with embedded software. A public speaker, author, and former adjunct professor, Jennifer is passionate about educating and inspiring quality professionals and others.
Dani Hestermann

The Founder and CEO of The Quality Maven where she provides expert ISO9001, Auditing, and Quality Management Solutions for manufacturers.
She has over 20 years of experience leading audit teams and ISO9001 programs and helping manufacturers implement, improve and optimize their quality management systems. She is currently chair of the Fox Valley ASQ section, myASQ Engagement Chair of the ASQ Audit Division, and a member of TAG176, the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO for Quality Management standards
Dan Cannon

Has over 25 years of experience leading quality, regulatory, and management system initiatives across multiple industries, including aerospace, defense, and medical devices. He is an expert in ISO certification and accreditation, medical device regulatory approvals, and strategy deployment, with proven success supporting organizations in achieving and maintaining compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 17025, and other standards.
Dan has held senior leadership roles with organizations such as National Technical Systems, Raytheon, and NQA USA, where he developed and managed enterprise-wide quality management systems, regulatory affairs, certification programs, and internal audit programs. He has extensive experience working with global regulatory frameworks, including FDA, Health Canada, EU MDR, TGA, and MDSAP.
Dan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, a Six Sigma Specialist certification from Raytheon, and a Kaplan Norton Balanced Scorecard certification.
